With Qigong Sibao, Wu Mei Ling, the head coach of the Wushu Taichi Academy and Chinese national champion, has developed a system of exercises based on the Qigong of traditional Chinese medicine with useful elements from yoga, Taichi and Wushu Kungfu. Each of these Asian forms of movement can show their strengths. Together, Qigong Sibao creates a system of physical and mental exercises aimed at the fitness of the body and the relaxation of the mind.

Easily go into the course and just join in. Everything is taught there and no learning at home is necessary. Not a system where you can lose touch. If you missed a class, just join in the next time.
